Acoustic Guitar Village in Cremona Musica 2019, another edition rich with unique events and international guests
\n<\/b><\/strong>Plenty of live music at the Acoustic Guitar Village, the space dedicated to the six-strings and other stringed and plucked instruments, celebrating this year the 50th Woodstock anniversary<\/strong> with an event which will see as its peak the performance of Jeff Pevar<\/strong> (guitarist of David Crosby), Jackie Perkins, Inger Nova Jorgensen and many more<\/strong>. Confirmed classic appointments such as the Italian Bluegrass Meeting<\/strong>, with special guest Paul Stowe & Trevor Morriss<\/strong>, and Strings and Voices d\u2019Autore<\/strong>, showcase of singer-songwriters among whom this year will see Davide Van De Sfroos<\/strong>. One of the protagonists will also be the legendary guitarist Paco Pe\u00f1a<\/strong>, who will be given a Cremona Music Award<\/strong>. The program will be completed by the historical exhibitions (with more than 70 historical instruments showcased), the masterclass of lutherie (with Dana Bourgeois, Michael Greenfield<\/strong> and Ken Parker<\/strong>) and of guitar technique (with Pierre Bensusan<\/strong> and Micki Piperno<\/strong>), the special events such as the contest New Sounds of Acoustic Music <\/strong>and the Bob Brozman Memorial Slide Contest<\/strong> and much more, for a program that combines in the best way \u00a0classical guitar and modern acoustic guitar, without overlooking other stringed and plucked instruments.<\/p>\n
