In the months since last September, we’ve received many positive comments regarding the evident growth of the Acoustic Guitar Village and the entire Cremona Musica International Exhibitions and Festival. The expansion of the Electric Sound Village area also allows us to present a guitar pavilion complete in every aspect: from the classical tradition to the contemporary modern acoustic guitar, all the way to electric excellence and the most advanced construction methods. All this to the delight of 6-12-string enthusiasts, who will find all the latest innovations in the sector in the AGV and ESV areas, meeting all their expectations.

We’re working hard to achieve this and hope that the 2025 edition was a fruitful one for you too, brimming with contacts and developing business.
We’re confident that the 2026 edition, which will be moved to the first weekend of October (October 2-4) to avoid coinciding with the Guitar Summit in Mannheim, Germany, will be even richer and full of opportunities. The coincidence with the dates of the event in Germany has been very problematic over the past three years, forcing many companies and industry players to choose between participating in one of the two, unable to attend both. Therefore, next year we will have a much richer lineup of exhibitors and an increase in significant international attendance.

Communication and promotion efforts, as well as the relationship with the Italian Trade Agency (ICE), are continuing and strengthening. In 2026, invitations and hospitality for international dealers will increase, in addition to the national outreach to retailers and industry professionals.

Many companies and luthiers have already confirmed their presence with the discounted rebooking formula, which expires on January 31st. The form has already been sent to exhibitors attending last year; we are happy to resend it to those who didn’t receive it. Promotions and registrations for new arrivals will begin in January 2026.
Please note that the Acoustic Guitar Village is also open to acoustic plectrum and plucked instruments from around the world and also features exhibitors selling rarities, collectibles, CDs, and vinyl.

As always, the 2026 edition will feature the same traditional events as the previous ones, along with many new features and surprises, with an ever-expanding exhibition area and the presence of international guests, whom we will announce soon.
The following events have been confirmed: “Cremona Mandolini in Mostra,” “Charango Presente!”, the 9th “The Guitar in the 19th Century,” the “New Sounds of Acoustic Music” competition, and the 13th edition of the Italian Bluegrass Meeting, with the new “Italian Acoustic Blues Meeting”.

In addition to the four live stages within the daily fairgrounds, evening events in Cremona’s historic center are now firmly established: on Friday, October 2nd, in the prestigious Auditorium of the Violin Museum, and on Saturday, October 3rd, in the Cortile Federico II in Piazza Duomo, providing entertainment and performances for event visitors. The day in the historic center dedicated to promising young musicians continues on Sunday, October 4th.

After the holidays, we’ll send out the first updates on the program and the application forms for registering for the exhibition area.
